Swindon Spurs New Season - News

We all hope that all our members are fit and well after our year long battle with the Covid19 pandemic. the latest Government guidelines suggest that football and all others sports can go back to full stadium capacity. This for us will mean our first League match of the season will be v Manchester City at 4.30pm Sunday 15th August.


We have a New Committee Member!

Tristan Foot a North stand season ticket holder with Son Theo, has agreed to join us as our Media Manager taking care of the website and creating all other club media platforms. Tristan works at a University and is a resident expert on Governance. He has been working with the THSTrust as advisor in putting together a governance guide line to the THFC board. If you have any questions on this or any ideas as to the improvement of any media streams you feel may help and enhance the image of your club please contact Triston with your ideas.

Ticket News inc MINDS Carity match v Arsenal

We are currently waiting for news from THFC of a new ticket ordering system for clubs, the old system using a portal was not the best THFC has stated that they are looking at an easier way to help us order match tickets. Therefore the Manchester City will be the first order, we will keep you informed. Our THFC coordinator has informed us that she has secured more tickets for clubs and hope to share this will us in due course.


Spurs are hosting Arsenal in a pre-season friendly at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium on Sunday 8 August at 2pm and you could be there to see it live! See Nuno Espírito Santo's men take on our North London rivals. To add to the excitement of a return of fans to football, the two Clubs' Women's teams will also compete in a friendly match on the day (kick-off 4.45pm). Supporters’ Club Members get group priority access to the North London Derby as part of The Mind Series. This is a great opportunity for club members, that are able to travel, to get back to the Stadium. Closing date for club tickets orders to Roman is by 5pm on Monday 21st July Supporters’ Clubs Tickets Allocation Areas

Transport

We are delighted to announce the association with Barnes coaches will continue once more this season. We have been assigned a brand new 53 seat executive coach with comfy seats, complementary Tea & Coffee making facilities with Toilet and all other Mod Cons that we have become accustomed to. There will be No price increase again this season therefore our fares remain as follows.

Members - Adult £20 JSM/Seniors £10

Non Members/Guests - Adult £25 JSM/Seniors £15

Covid19 Measures

As a precaution we feel that until we have 100% confidence with the latest Government Covid19 measures being somewhat relaxed we feel that everyone traveling on the Swindon Spurs coaches as a precaution should continue to wear a mask. We will carry spares should any member forget to bring one with them. We apologise and hope you all agree with this initiative.
