What are your hopes for this season?
After such a promising start, I had hoped for Champions League qualification and winning a cup. Still hopeful on one of these fronts.
Who do you feel we should let go and sign?
The squad is full of dead. Finding a new home for these players is a must. The upcoming transfer window should be the busiest in our recent
history with many outgoings. The likes of Ollie Skip, Hojbjeg, Gil, Royal, Werner, Lo Celso, Sessegnon, Davies, Reguilon, Spence, Ndommbele
and Joe Rodan all needing to be removed from the wage bill.
With Kane now gone, Sonny not getting any younger and Richarlison inconsistent, a regular goal scorer is a must. Who that would be seems to
change week on week. In my opinion, Ivan Toney is who we will end up with.
What’s your prediction for our eventual League Position in May?
5th
Will we win any Silver ware this Season?
This chances for this season ended far too quickly (again). Surely lifting a pot should be seen as a priority in 2022/25.
How did you become a Spurs Fan?
Watched the 87 cup final. Whilst the team in blue won, I preferred the way the team in white played and thus a lifetime of “almost” began.
The New Spurs Stadium – What are your hopes from it?
Getting it paid off as quickly as possible which will inevitably increase the funds available for transfers (once Levy has taken his cut of course)
Personal
What would you consider is your greatest achievement?
Running the London Marathon. As a non-runner (and a man built for comfort not speed), taking on this challenge was daunting to
say the least. Perseverance to get up and train on a dark and wet winter morning when I would rather be in bed was hard.
Who is the most famous person you have met?
Queen Elizabeth II
Who is the most famous person’s number you have on your mobile phone?
Dom Jolly
What Hobbies/Interests do you have away from football?
I do like a long walk in the country with a pub lunch on a weekend.
